Voting Booth Open for “Pets: An Alan Rickman Love Story” Photo Contest
I'm pleased to open up the voting process for our first annual “Pets: An Alan Rickman Love Story” Photo Contest. Congratulations to EVERYONE on your super creative entries! I think we've created a great little collection of our pets loving Alan Rickman -- one that even Teh Man himself may find amusing!
First, please be sure and review the entire gallery of photos in their largest size, as there are definitely some fine nuances as well as a number of captions that you won't want to miss in some of the photos. You may want to leave them open in a second window while voting.
I've also summarized them here, in small size, for your convenience. Anyone visiting here can vote -- please participate, one and all!
We'll allow three days for voting, although this post will only remain 'first' on my journal likely for one day (you guys know that I have that phobia about having entry 'days' on my calendar *snort*).
Winners will receive a custom made winner’s banner that they can display on their userinfo page (assuming they’re not too embarrassed to do so).
Oh, and I've double and triple checked, but if I have somehow omitted anyone's entry, please let me know ASAP! There were close to 150 comments on that thread I had to wade through.

- Use the numbers assigned to each photo in the large graphic above for voting
- You may vote for your own photos
- Do not vote for the same photo in more than one category, EXCEPT that your choice for BEST OVERALL PHOTO may be one that you voted for in another category. In other words, please make UNIQUE choices for all categories, excluding Best Overall Photo, if you so choose.
- Please take the poll only once
- Please do not use the 'message area' link at the bottom of the poll. Any comments, please post here.

That is a lot of fun, CP! It was hard to choose from lots of creative entries, although I do have a personal favorite (and, no, his initials are NOT C.B.).
Talk about choices hard to make...
