Alan Rickman: MNiRC Oct/Nov 2006 Master Thread

This thread is a housekeeping entry summarizing the trip and meeting of Alan Rickman by myself and others during October, November and December of 2006, during the New York City off-Broadway run of My Name is Rachel Corrie at the Minetta Lane Theater. I will keep this up to date with any future encounters during this run, and it will be filed in my LJ memories.

Note: [info]apythia has graciously allowed me to screencap her wonderful Alan/Dr. Ruth videos, and house them in my MNiRC photo gallery, along with some additional photos that she took that evening. I have also screencapped my own stage door video and added it to the gallery, which is now well over 100 photos. Much thanks, Apythia!

A new career

Cats, if it were not for your obvious talents with visual art, I would think that perhaps you were born to be a historian. You have created the Chronicles of Rickman.

Re: A new career

Oh, wow, I take that as a huge compliment. I like the idea of being a Rickman historian!
Funnily enough I was just about to ask you if you're sure you're not a secret librarian!!;))
No. Just a professional anal retentive.
Oh, thank you so much for all this stuff! It's good when it's taken together. I luved the videos! It's amazingly cute! Thanx!!!
You're pretty much the most helpful person ever. I was trying to make a list of this for myself and I've been so busy I knew I was missing tons of stuff.

Thank you, helper lady.
You are welcome, reader friend.
Thank you very much for pulling everything together. :-) Huge hugs
Dear Catsplay,
I've never posted on my livejournal before, but once I get my act together I will and of course you may have it too. It was only last night that I got my suitcase that had all our playbills and autographs etc. as we had to leave them with the disabled bus in Delaware! I also want to get the photos from Kathy, she has the ones of us with AR. My photos of the opening night outside the theatre are too dark to show much. So please be patient and hopefully I'll have something soon. Maryland
Hello Maryland,

That sounds great, let me know when you have posted it on your LJ and I will incorporate links to it into this thread. So glad that you safely received your playbills and autographs!
Wow! That's a mighty impressive list! And there are still weeks to go.
